• We are highly trained and use professional level equipment to create our photo montages. All our montages include panning across photos, zooms into and out of a focal point and specialized transitions between photos.
• We offer personal assistance at every step of the way in order to make the process easier and more comfortable. We stay in close contact with you by either telephone or email. If you have questions, you can usually get immediate answers. Pick up the phone and call us!

• Generally a video album is like a photo album with special effects. It is more like a slide show. Sometimes they use an actual picture of an album with the photos showing on the pages of the album. A photo montage shows each photograph individually, with movement, which increases the impact of each picture. The focus is on the people and places in the photo and not on distracting effects. It almost appears like a motion picture, something like you'd see on the history channel when they use old still photos to tell a story. A photo montage makes for a much more touching and emotional presentation.

• Absolutely. Montages can be made from photos after an event, or can be prepared ahead of time to be shown at an event. For instance, someone may have a montage made with photos of a bride and groom growing up, and photos of their time together, to be shown at the wedding.

• Quite a bit. You pick the photos and the order of the photos, and the music. We will help you put the photos in order if you like and give you music suggestions, but you make the final decisions. You can choose introductions to sections of the montage and closing words. When the montage is finished you may preview it to make sure we followed your instructions.

• Usually it takes about two weeks, although more time is great. If you need the montage in less than seven days we will add a rush order fee.

• If you live in San Diego County and you have actual photos or photos on CD, we will pick them up from you at your home or meet you at some prearranged location, or you may send them to us. If you live outside the county, you may send your pictures or CD to us by mail, but we recommend that you send them Certified Mail, signature required, for safekeeping. You can also email your photos to us in .jpg format. Getting photos that are already scanned is great, but there is no extra charge if we scan them.

• We accept money orders, checks and cash. Your order must be paid for and checks cleared before the product will be shipped. We also accept credit card payments through PayPal.com (takes about 2 minutes to complete payment). Paying through PayPal is safe and secure for both parties because there is a solid record of payment.

• You may have favorite songs that you would like to use or, if the montage is being made for someone else, they may have songs they love. Because of copyright issues, we ask that you bring or send an original CD (or CD's) with the songs of your choice. There is also a way to download music from Itunes. If you would like us to supply the music, we have some copyright-free instrumental music that we can use.

• We can lighten photos, increase the sharpness and contrast in photos, correct color, and in many cases remove spots and other marks.

• Yes. For $15 we will give you a copy of your scanned photos.

• We will set a completion date that will get the montage to you in plenty of time. In San Diego County it will be delivered to you personally; outside of the county we will ship early.
