Commercial programs are everywhere. Maybe you have asked yourself why you can't just buy a do-it-yourself program. Let me tell you why we can do it better.
The pans and zooms in the do-it-yourself software are usually automatic and don't always fit the picture well. Ours are done manually and thoughtfully. It takes some creativity and finessing to match the music to the photos and make a polished, smooth presentation. It's actually one of the hardest parts of the video and we do this very carefully. The transitions in the do-it-yourself programs can get a little overwhelming. We use transitions but appropriately without overpowering the video. And we run each photo through Photoshop and many are touched up, so the photos just look better.
