Meet Lorrie
My name is Lorrie MacKenzie and I live in a town outside of San Diego called Ramona. I share my home with my husband, Ron, and our dogs, Sophie and Spencer.
For years I worked in the business arena, running the customer department for an electronics company. I eventually went back to college and got my B.A. and Elementary Teaching Credential and began teaching in Riverside, CA.
Along the way I met my husband, Ron, and moved to Ramona. One day Ron brought home a video editing program used for making photo montages and photo slideshows and I immediately fell in love with this software. The montages touched something in me and I taught myself how to make them. Exciting!
I have met many people through Memories of the Heart. We have laughed and cried together, worked to make the photo montages and photo slideshows meaningful and beautiful and enjoyed them when they were complete. In the end, something very special is created. Memories are shared and rejoiced in. Family and friends are remembered and included.
